Officials confirm at least six Galveston voters cast two ballots
Ok, some folks close to where I live like voting so much, they did it twice.
This is my theory: They are just some enthuastic John Kerry supporters. Wanting to be like their canidate, they went in and voted for Kerry. Then they went in again and voted against Kerry. Simple explanation.
